Hi about appealif rejected

Hi I have a dought regarding appeal If the visa gets rejected
My visa will be finished in may 2013 and iam planning to go for visa
In January 2013 so in case if may visa gets rejected can I get appeal plz do let me know

You can certainly get a chance to go for an appeal when your visa is rejected.

I heard that if we apply within the visa validity of our previous visa we are not eligible to get appeal is it correct

You won't get a right of appeal if you still have leave to remain when your application is refused.
