Hi All,
My friend booked an appointment for Tier 2 and reschedule it. But two strange things happened:
1-The reference number as I know changed when you reschedule it and applicant receives emails that the previous appointment was cancelled. But in my friend case, the ref number remained the same and he did not receive any email about cancellation of previous appointment.
2-After appointment booking, applicant receives two email with the subjects of "Appointment Notification" and "Appointment Booked" but my friend received only the first one.

Then, is there any problem?
