Has anyone got an english certificate from a college in delhi (instead of university) and it has worked for an hsmp extension?
The delhi university would not give me one, but my college can....

no college letter

pls note that the letter from college wont work. ENSURE that the letter is from the same entitiy as the entity that awarded you the dgree. if the degree is from DU, the letter has to be from the DU and not the college.
