URGENT: Is visa required for the new born if i'm going back?

Hi,

I came to UK on Tier 2 ICT (now Tier 2 long term), my assignment is getting completed in the UK and I may be asked to go back to India. I have a new born for whom I'm awaiting the Indian passport. Should I need to apply VISA for the baby if I have to go to back India.

Baby will need a UK visa if baby is entering the UK.

Thanks for your reply. The baby was born in UK, 4 months back and I've applied for an indian passport and it seems that I should go back to India, but will I need to get a UK visa before going there? I may not come back to UK again.

A UK visa will be needed if your non-British baby is coming back to the UK.
