Hello

My baby is holding a Stateless Travel Document (red colour)(Leave to remain). Does he need to stay in UK for 10 years or 5 years to register as a citizen.

You either wait for an answer or Call the IND Enquiry line for a fast response, which is what they are there for anyway.
