How soon can I apply for Work Permit

Hi,

I have come to Norway on Business visa and after 3 months of stay and my wife on 3 months Tourist visa. We are going back to our home country now.

I have got a job here and they are applying for work permit. How soon can I apply for work permit? Do I need to wait for 180 days to complete to come back to Norway? or is this not considered as I will not be again travelling on Visit (Business) visa.

In this case can my wife get the dependent visa easily?
