FLR(M) HELP PLEASE!!!

Hello guys, I´m filling out my FLR(M) and I'm stuck on section 7.1. I hope someone can help me with this pleaseeeeeee!

My fiancee visa was issued from 11/may/2012 and expires in November

So am I exempt from having to meet the new finanical requirements?

If I am, is my passport/visa stamp enough for evidence?

Should I just tick "Yes" and skip to section 7B.???
