ILR SET(M)

Dear all,

I'm due to apply for ILR in November. I've got a couple of questions:

1. Trying to book an appointment online with premium service, but it keeps saying there's no appointments available. Do I have to fill the interactive application form online to book the appointment? Any tips?

2. My husband is working outside the UK with a 2 year contract (1 year and half left). I left the uk with him at the end of July to help him with settling in a new country and i'm returning back to the uk this month. Will try to find a job to support my living. We will visit each other from time to time Our plan is living in the uk together after his contract finishes or before that. During this period i will be living in the uk most of the time. Does it affect me to get ILR? He only left the uk about 3 month before I apply for it. [/b]
