a non-profit 501 (c) (4) (pending) organization. All of ******* financial transactions will be audited by a CPA, submitted to the IRS.

While the status is pending, the organization is actrively soliciting credit-card donations in multiples of $100's.

Not acceptable behavior around here. It is a highly deceptive practice.
