Hi all,

Iam a British citizen by birth, my wife is a British citizen through naturalisation since 2010, she is originally from Brazil. She has a son who 13 who holds a Brazil passport. We all currently live in Australia and on a 457 visa.

We are moving back to UK hopefully November, i have just completed the VAF4A application for my step-son, he has done the biometrics and iam just waiting for my contract from my UK employer then shall be submitting all the documentation.

It is very hard to find any rough processing times for child only case wondering if anyone had an idea of how long it should take,
