"Traffic conviction(s) / court fine(s)" do(es) not necessarily lead to "criminal conviction(s)". Only the latter affect settlement application (resulting in refusal for an unspent conviction). So, for you to know if a "traffic conviction / court fine" against you will affect your eligibility to settlement, you first need to ascertain if there is a "criminal conviction" against you.

If you search the forum you will find numerous posts reflecting a positive outcome despite "traffic conviction / court fine" which did not result in a criminal conviction.
