REFUSAL DUE TO SALARY EVIDENCE

Dear all,

I had received refusal letter yesterday ,following evidences were sent,

FULL TIME JOB DETAILS

1) Signed Salary certificate (showing the incremented salary, as been claimed in the application)
2) Payslips (Indicating the salary & with also mentioned "no need to be stamped") as per the company policy
3)Income tax Certificate ( i.e original National tax number certificate) & tax Return form photocopy as employer did not allow me to give the original document till service is terminated)
4) Orignal Bank Statement ( verifying the transactions but my salary was deposited via cross check on monthly basis)

PART TIME DETAILS

1) Signed & stamped Salary certificate (showing the total salary, as been claimed in the application & mentioning that payslips are not stamped\signed as per company policy)
2) unsigned & stamped Payslips (Indicating the salary )

RESULT : EVIDENCE NOT ACCEPTED

ENGLISH LANGUAGE CERTIFICATE:

I had an original language certificate form the university but overwriting was done by the university during its issuance.

RESULT : EVIDENCE NOT ACCEPTED

HSMP team not even contacted my employer,to confirm the documents,as all of them could be verified,as all of them were 100 percent original.

Now, if I somehow send all those same copies sent with originals would they reconsider the application again ..!

Did they provide any reason why the evidences were not accepted?
Is it because your payslips were not signed and stamped?

Khan33, first off, you cannot send any fresh evidence if you want to carry out a review request but you can send all the originals if you make a fresh application

It means over wiriting was been done by the university staff (may be due to their mistake )over that letter ,all was done on original university letter head.

Can you please type, the complete rejection reason as given by home office. That might help others to see the exact rejection ground and may offer some advice.

Please let us know what is there in Refusal Letter.
On what basis they rejected .

The letter says..for EARNINGS"you have supplied various pieces of evidence to support previous earnings.however the wage slips form both employers & tax return are not accpetable as they are not originals.Consequently,we have insufficient original evidence to confirm the earnings.
In the line of the above,"No points have been awarded".

Secondly, about the LANGUAGE it says " The letter you have provided from the awarding institution cannot be accepted as the original,as there are alteration in this letter" Again Evidence not Accpted"
