Peranent Canadian resident wishing to relocate to the UK

I'm a 19 year old Permanet resident in Canada, but not a citizen of Canada. I wish to relocate to the UK permanently, but don't know how to go about it. I would appreciate any advice or insight you would be able to offer. Thank you.

http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk is a good place to start.

Why on earth don't you get your Canadian citizenship before you think about leaving? - otherwise you would not be able to return after a few years.

Is there any consideration to this apart from "wishes"?

In any event, if I were you I wouldn't do it.
