ICT Tier 2 Long Term

Hi,

I was granted ICT Tier 2 Long Term in December 2011 and it expires on Jan 2014, i was informed of extension for a couple of more years today.

All i want to know is if i stay in ICT Tier 2 Long term staff with the same employer for 5 years will i be granted ILR?

And what is the maximum number of years can i remain in ICT Tier 2 Long Term Staff?

Any idea what happens after remaining in ICT Tier 2 Long Term for 5 long years with the same employer?
