Visa for newborn - documents checklist

Hi,
For visa stamping on the passport of the newborn, do I need to send the passports of both the parents? ( Please note that I was the applicant of the original HSMP visa and I claimed points for my partner).

Also, can anyone please provide a list of doucments I would need for this purpose?
