Do I have to be on PSW to apply for 50K category??

Hi all,

This is regarding my initial application for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa.

Basically, my PSW expired last year. I am currently not in the UK. Now, according to the UKBA website -

"have, or were last granted, leave as a Tier 1 (Post-study work) migrant;"

Am I eligible to apply as I was "last granted leave as Tier 1 (PSW)"?

Please advise.

No. The 50K PSW concession is with exclusive regard to leave to remain applications rather than entry clearance.

If you want to apply for the entrepreneur visa from outside UK, you will have to do it with the 200 k entrepreneur way
