visitor visa -need help!!

Hi,
My parents would be applying for visitor visa and for social ties they would be providing the property document i.e land registry paper. But the problem is the document is in Hindi, would that be ok or do i need a English version of that(i.e translated into English).Also i am not sure who can translate them to English(i mean with governing body?) or can i get my father's property valued ?if yes then who can do it ?
