Accomodation Letter

Dear Forum Members,

I am in process of gathering documents to appear for EC. Is that OK if my brother who is in UK on student visa can send me Accomodation Letter?

He is living with his wife in independent 2 bed room apartment? Can there be any potential problem he being on student Visa?

Any one on the forum who have actully provided the letter of accomodation from a person who is on student visa and got EC approved?
