need help about fiancee visa

I am from Belarus. Three years ago my student visa application been refused(I didn't provide all the documents). Now I want to apply for fiancee visa. My boyfriend has ILR.
But the matter he's working only two month (full time contract)
And I am scared that embassy will ask six month's bank statement or pay slips.
Can somebody answere what cances do I have to get the visa?
The lawyer says most important thing that my boyfriend has work.
