Hi,

I will get a job offer to work in US soon and would like to ask two questions:

1- I am now living in El Salvador temporarily and I know that there is not a US port of entry in El Salvador. So I am thinking to apply at the port of entry in Miami coming from El Salvador. What would happen in case the TN visa is not approved in Miami ? How I can come back to El Salvador, get a return ticket and take a flight back in case the TN visa is not approved ?

2- Can I apply in advance by mail ? and how long it takes to get TN visa by mail and how ?
