My father in India, recently underwent a heart by-pass surgery. He has been to UK few times on a tourist visa & now i am trying to arrange another 3 months visit. However getting an medical insurance with his condition seems to be difficult in india. Do you know any providers in UK who specialise in these kind of services (i.e medical insurance for foreigners in UK)?

Insurance is for low risk, high cost situations. With respect, if your father is already in poor health then finding any kind of insurance for further medical care may well be very difficult.
