Am I above or under 28???

I just forgot to ask smt... I was born on 30.10.1976 so it means I am treated as under-28 hsmp if I apply until 30.10.2004??? (I was informed yes by some ppl, but just want to be sure...)

No you sould apply before october 2004

So you mean I will be treated as under 28 if I apply before october 2004? And I guess the date to consider the age is when they receive my appl. This age thing is confusing in different countries!

I am not sure how lawyers would work it out in a hypothetical court, but to be safe, you can presume that the date of receipt of your app by HSMP team should be prior to 30 oct 04.
