just a quick questions

are you applying from inside the uk or outside?

also how you are showing 50k or 200k in your bank account? joint account or personal account ? or you using third party funding, sorry if I am asking tooo many question because I just want to know if money is in joint account do we still need to submit the solicitor declaration about both of the team members having same excess to the money?

I am in UK at student visa and i am going to switch over to Entrepreneur visa along with one of my friend.
we have access to £200000 funds and are in our joint account.
we are submitting a letter from bank about funds availability as per requirements and another letter of consent that we both have access to the funds

if money is in joint account then you dont need to worry about solicitor letter

congratulations on receiving the biometric invitation letter.

I have couple of queries if you can help me with as some people have already advised me but you have sent the application so please advise as I am applying tier 1 entrepreneur too with team member and I have couple of question if you can help me with.

1. for the contract to show the business activity did you send separate contract for both of you and your team member (Mentioning both names and post working on each contract or you just did 1 contract on company name). as policy guidance clearly says about mention your name and business name etc.

2. 2nd question is about the funds, I have funds in joint account with my team member in uk bank, as someone told me I need to submit the declaration from solicitor but other person mention I only need to submit the letter on consent that we both have equal excess to the funds.

kindly could you please advise as per your experience and how you dealt with it in your application.
