said1984, any reason why the two of you can't get married before you move to the UK? From the immigration point of view doing that will make life a lot simpler and cheaper.

Where is your fiancée now? In which country?

The plan should be ...... first get married outside the UK ..... after which she would apply for an EEA Family Permit, to permit her to move to the UK to live with you.

That is right, she does not need a German visa, unless it is the intention that she is going to enter Germany.

In which country are you thinking that the two of you might get married?

The requirements are very simple, because after you are married, your wife can apply to come to the UK with you under EEA legislation, not under the UK Immigration Rules. This is because you are an EEA national who wishes to "exercise your Treaty Rights" to live and work in another EEA country outside Germany. When you do that, your wife has the right to accompany you, and you don't have to prove anything.

She needs to fill in the "VAF5 - EEA Family Permit" - click the link on this page:-
http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/howtoapply/vafs/

There is no charge for applying for an EEA Family Permit, which is valid for 6 months. Once you are established in the UK, you can apply for a Residence Certificate, and she should apply for a Residence Permit, valid for 5 years.

Ok the UK embassy in Amman called my wife and invited her to a interview ,they asked for a prove of our relationship the marriage certificate doesn't seem to be enough. So they want pictures or airline ticket etc....my wife will provide pictures from our engagement party in a hotel i hope this will be enough, does she need to consider anything else?

Thanks
