any solicitors that you would reccommend for Enterpreuner

hi guys, Can anyone reccomned any solictiors or lawyers to process the Enterpreuner visa.

for a PSW- Enterpreuener visa , it looks pretty straight forward..do you actually need a solicitor?


Please pm me any lawyer or soliitors you have used or wud reccomend

You don't need a solicitor or immigration advisor if you know what you are doing. You don't need one if you don't know what you are doing, but that would be reckless. I would say that for an intelligent person who can understand clear instructions, an accountant's help would be of more comfort than an immigration solicitor or registered advisor

i am bit short of time as well mate....so need the correct advice as quickly as possible.

PSW - ENTERPREUNER - do u need an accountants advice anyways?

LUCAPOOKA is absolutely correct that POLICY GUIDANCE IS A KEY .........PSW ENTREPRENEUR you dont need accountant if you know how to register a company and do other paper work, or if you starting New business or you have started business in last 3 months than u meet the requirements as your business must be registered with in 3 months time period on the day you submiting the application.


POLICY GUIDANCE IS A BEST IMMIGRATION ADVISOR.

and put all the question you are not sure in this forum and people will help you.

I agree with rehan, since this is a new category PSW => Tier 1 (E). Majority of good solicitors even don't have knowledge for this category.

Do I have to open a company related to what I studied in my Masters or it can be of any category?


The least I know is that.... If you have opened a software company and your position is a software developer.... it's a skilled job... which is allowed.
