SURNAME isssue please throw light !

Hai my name is s.veera , i have in my certicates as VEERA S , but Birth certificate has VEERA.S. , what should i write in SURNAME as S or Srinivasulu ?

Pls clarify, you surname is Srinivasulu and first name Veera?

From the information you have given, I would imagine that the caseworker will raise significant questions if they see anything other than Veera as your surname.

Naming conventions generally allow the first name to be abbreviated, but not the surname.
