Work Permit Dependant Entry

Hello Everyone,

My wife recently joined me in the UK as a Work Permit Dependant last year.

But she had gone back to India and has been out of the UK for roughly 6 months.

Please advise if she will have any Entry issues when she returns back to the UK next month (because of this long gap)

My WP is valid till 2009 ..

she can go and come as many times as she wants or as long as she wants, as long as the visa has not expired. There will be absolutely no problem for her to come back and join you as long as her visa has not expired and you are still legal in the country being the main visa holder.
