Tier 4 college license revoked

Dear All

My college licence revoked on 15th Nov 2013. I have visa untill 10/10/2013 with my tier 4 dependant.Please help me to clarify what is the procedure now again reapplying for me and my dependant visa in next 60 days time limit. I found new tier 4 licenesed college sponsor. Which application forms and how much maintinance funds are required for me and my tier 4 dependant? Is there any attendance required from my revoke college for supporting my new tier 4 visa application?
Please list some important documents which i need to submit with my new tier 4 application with my tier 4 dependant. Your help will be appriciated.

ideally you should apply asap if you have got the new sponsor. you need to fill tier 4 in country application form and maintenance would depend on where in the uk u live, london or outer london. you don't need to provide attendance proof but you may have to provide course progression if your are going to pursue the same course in new establishment. also it is likely that you would not be able to sponsor your partner or children. do make sure that your new tier 4 sponsor is either HEI or publicly funded organization.

You can apply within 60 days from the College Tier 4 Licence revoke date to find a new Tier 4 sponsor and reapply on Tier 4 form. (like bruteforce posted sooner the better).

Use the latest version Tier 4(General) Application form when applying:

Go through Section 'L' & 'M" of Tier 4 G application form(version 10/12) it will tell you the documents you will have to submit to support your application.

3 Main Documents:
1) CAS Letter
2) English Language Ability Certificate(At Level B1).
3) Bank Statement.
