courier service from india

which is the preferable courier service to send the HSMP application from india and how much time it takes to send the documents.

use any of the international tracking couriers like FedEx, DHL etc., They tell you of places etc. details of your parcel as it reaches the Home Office finally.
Also who took delivery of ur parcel at what time etc.

Check the weight of your app and see what's each of these couriers charge.
