90 Day rule in a single year

This is an area for the discussion of matters related to issues about moving from one country to another. Examples could be about money transfer, moving and packing, validity of driving licence, etc..

It is not a general non-immigration, free-for-all area.

Post by KCK » Fri Jan 11, 2013 6:15 pm

Hello All

Can you please help me to understand that 90 day rule of continous stay outside the UK is still valid?

Please provide me with supporting link from UKBA

Thanks

According to the latest immigration rules, the 90 day single absence requirement no longer exists. There are other changes to absence threshold requirements which can be understood by reading the immigration rules:

See 245AAA. General requirements for indefinite leave to remain and then rules specific to your Immigration Category.
