Tier 4 Sponsorship Withdrew by college

Post by tintinguy1977 » Sun Jan 13, 2013 12:32 pm

Hi All, I need some advise.
I started an ABE Business management course in September 2011 with a Highly trusted sponsor. However, I had few personal (family) problems prevented me from concentrating on my studies (I was recently divorced with a infant. My daughter was looked after by mum in my home country). I was stressed and I didnt attend that much and from August 12, I didn’t attend at all. However, to sort-out my issues I left UK in November 2012, even-though my visa expires in September 2013.

I have sorted my problems and had taken medication to reduce my stress.

Now, I wanted to return back. Now the college says they had withdrew my sponsorship and informed the UKBA. But happy to retake me back in next September and said consider me as one who deferred studies. I cant wait for another 8 months. I wanted to apply for the same or similar course at a different provider.

Can I do it? what are the chances? Please note I never worked during my stay in UK

The best thing is, go with your previous sponsor as they are saying. It will strongly support you further application. So its worthwhile to wait 8 month.

Applying with other sponsors will cause you complications and you may end up on refusal. Which cost you deposits and visa fee. Bear in mind, (in reality), UKBA dont give a dam to personal life issues especially for student visa applicants.
