Though you must be able to maintain yourself and dependants without recourse to public fund, therefore, the income support levels would generally be the minimum weekly net income needed. Google income support rates.uksettlement wrote:There is no maintainance needed for ILR.Kurshedalam wrote:I am applying for Ilr in August/2013 in 10 years rule.I have two Depandend, they are in UK about 6 years.how much will be their Mantainance fund when I will apply for my ILR application.I would be grateful if any one advice me thanks.
You dont need any maintenance funds also they dont need to be here for 10 yrs. They can apply with you on the same form.Kurshedalam wrote:Thanks for your reply.I am eligible for ILR in august/2013.but my two Depandend will not eligible in that time.they will be six years only in UK.I am confused about their Mantainance fund.should I have their mantainence fund or not when I will my ILR application.pleasee help me.thanks in advance for advice.
no, they can't. Dependents cannot be included on a 10 year long residence applicantion.uksettlement wrote:You dont need any maintenance funds also they dont need to be here for 10 yrs. Please read my reply, and the post I have linked to again. I assumed you were not on benefits given that you do not yet have ILR. It is not about whether you are on benefits. There is no 'dependents maintenance funds' requirement for this application. The requirement is that you have adequate maintenance without recourse to public funds. the way you prove this is by showing that after you have deducted rent and council tax from your income, you have at least the amount that a family of your size in receipt of benefits would receieve.Kurshedalam wrote:thanks guru for your advice.I am in tier 4 student.so I am not on benefit.I am confused my 2 Depandends maintenance fund when I Will apply for ILR whithin 6 months in 10 years rule.i need to clear again that now I am tier 4 student and my 2 Depandends are student Depandend when I Will apply my ILR application.I would be grateful if advice me about Depandends maintenance funds.thanks advance for advice.
Kurshedalam wrote:I was Tier 4 student,I applied for ILR in September/2013 in long residence rules. While my ILR application pending what form should i use for extension to stay for my two depandend.their visa is going to expire very soon.i would be grateful if some one advice me.thanks
She has been granted the 10 years to ILR route so that she can remain in the UK with you. As long as her circumstances don't change, she will be granted this when she applies for each extension. She needs four of these to reach 10 years. 4 x 2.5 years = 10 years. She will also need to pay the Immigration Health Surcharge each time she applies, which at the moment would be £500 for each extension.Kurshedalam wrote: When I sent documents bundle with ILR copy to home office for her appeal hearing, home office withdrew the appeal and granted her 2.5 years visa(leave to remain ) under flr ( 0 ) form. Now my question is can I apply for her ILR application. I would be grateful if anyone give me advise regarding my query. Thanks.
