Payment receipt

Post by nafe12 » Thu Feb 28, 2013 10:40 am

Hi there,

My employers found some funding, and kindly offered to pay for my Visa application made about a year ago. The thing is, they need a receipt.

However, I paid by bank cheque, and from memory - the UKBA don't give a payment receipt per se.

Anyone have any idea whether I could obtain one?

Thanks

You can show your employer bank statement and acknowledgment Letter To prove the money have been taken and confirmation that you apply and paid the fees.

They normally always do give a payment receipt. I always got it the number of times I applied, twice at PEO and once by post

of course if you apply in person at PEO, it is obvious he would have the receipt. I thought he made application by post.

Yes, I think that by post - it's only if you pay by credit card that you get a receipt by default.

Just that I was wondering if there was some other mechanism for obtaining a receipt.
