:( I applied for my husband last year feb 2012, we have been mucked around sooooooo much, finally got our court hearing this apr. i am so nervous, what should i expect in court? i am actually gnna b sick on the day!!!! please pray for me :!:

if you could post more in details about your case and reasons for refusal people on this forum could be more helpful in advising,

We was refused on the grounds of my job, i am working in a family businuss, our accountant didnt register me with hmrc, he lost my p45, so was delayed and he didnt inform us 😔, by that time process already started and was refused as they didnt believe my employment. I started working straight after marriage, then the solicitor messed up my court fee, which further took another 3months till i recieved a letter from ukba.. Just been so stressed with the whole thing, everythings pear shaped and im paying for someone elses mistake!
