My Tier 1 General visa is expiring on 18 April 2013 and I have PEO appointment for 8th April 2013 but have just realised that I have not maintained my required maintenance funds for last three months to £900.
I am short by 14 days... Now what are my options...?? otherwise my case is straight forward... 1)Can I show a joint account with my cousin as proof of maintenance funds?? He is not applicant....
2) Can I apply 14 days late to cover up my time and if so can I apply at PEO???
3) How will this affect my job as I am a contractor working through a limited company??
Please HELP ME!!!!!!
