Investor Immigration / HSMP in a day ?

I hail from pakistan. I have read some full page ads in pakistani papers by wellknown Immigration consultant of our country claiming that one needs 40 to 50 lacs ( almost 40,000 pounds ) for an Investor Immigration Program for UK. Also one may get HSMP approved in just one day !
how far these things are possible ?

Be careful... I haven't heard of HSMP investor criteria.

Also it doesn't make sense. HSMP is meant for highly skilled people.

they say Investor program is altogether different with HSMP . In an investor program you need to invest almost 40,000 pounds to get an immigration of uk.
And as far as HSMP is concerned , they claim that their clients got HSMP approval in one day. i also believe they are trying to cheat innocent people. But my question is , is there any investor program for uk immigration at all?

HSMP and investor are two different category. But both are leading to PR.
You need to have at least 1 million in your control. Not 40.000 like mentioned by your consultant.
Use common sense,
- If it it is just £40,000 I believe there are too many people will qualify, more then this country could accept. Indeed it is easy to come int the ULK under investor category but 1 day approval as mentioned by your immigration consultant is another interesting promise
