Urgent Question on Filling FLR Form

Hi,

This question might be quiet stupid , but I want to be sure before filling this,

Page 1 of FLR Form , Point 5 , 6 , 7 On Number Of Applicants (1-10). Does ths includes Spouse and Children or is having some other angle.
