PEO Appointment - Booked for Glasgow, trying to book another

Hi All,

Please could you help me with my strange situation to book for PEO appointment for my tier-1 visa extension (Myself + 1 dependent).

Luckily one fine day I got an appointment for Glasgow. But I would now like to book for other closest location. My worry is I may lose the existing booking if I re-schedule.

Could anyone please let me if I can create another account with a different mail ID and try to book a fresh appointment without cancelling the existing appointment. I am unsure if the website allows such appointment for a different account, as the first name, last name and date of birth will remain same.

I think you can reschedule without losing your current appointment.
My experience is that you will not lose your current appointment if you can not get a new one.

You can create a new account to make another appointment, but some people claim that UKBA do manually checks to cancel multiple appointments.
Again my experience is that they will not cancel your appointment unless they are at the same PEO for close days.

Why I think this way is that, UKBA booking system quite often has problems. Sometimes it got problems at the last step. People get appointments which do not show up on their online account (but people do get confirmation email). Hence some people at that time of booking failure will continue to book.

I do not think UKBA should cancel those appointment.

You'd better cancel extra appointment once you get the one you want.
