Hello,
Your enquiry has been passed to me as lead for European casework. We have requested the retrieval of your application from our storage facilities so that we can deal with it as soon as possible. We will advise when we have received it.
I am sorry that your application has taken so long but we are dealing with high volumes at the moment but please be assured that we are doing our best to meet the 6 month deadline but occasionally some cases do take longer. I will ensure that you are updated next week with progress.
Thanks,

Hello,
Your email has been passed to me to respond as the lead for European Casework. I am sorry that the application has not been dealt with as speedily as it should have been but I can confirm that it is now with a caseworker to make a decision by the end of the week.
We strive to provide a first class service and it is a matter of regret when we fall short of the highest standards, please accept my apologies.
Thanks,
Margie Clarke

this is out of the way question but kindly help me in it thanks in advance.
basically we both are working and got one claim on both of our names as the requirement of the application we have sent our bank statements but the bank statement can easily prove that the working tac credit is coming into my account.
DOES UKBA seriously check this stuff? or not?
many thanks

I am the fourth one, but September applicant. Last week I wrote complaints to UKBA and an e-mail to my MP. Hope so that will help to speed up my application.
