Hi there,
I sent EE2 application on March, 26 and it was delivered on March, 27 2013, but i still didn't get COA.
As i can see in general they send COA much faster.... I wanna start to work asap, may i apply for a job without this COA? Or it's crucial to wait for it as my eea family permit visa doesn't provide me with the right to work?
I will much appreciate for you advises!

which number are you calling?
I have tried to call the numbers on the EEA2 Form but they dont give any information.
if you could let me know which number you are calling, then it would be really great.

I'm asking this because I've send a letter to them and ask if they lost my passport and tell them I need them urgently. They send me a letter dated 19.03.2013 and told me that they have the passports and they will send them back in due course. So which due course is this? I'm about to lose my mind.

You have every right to complain.Your application is well past 6 months. Try to get your local MP to write them.

Just posting my timeline for any other recent applicants interested.
EEA2 received by HO: 21/03/13
COA received: 10/04/13 (dated 08/04/13) with right to work
RC: TBC
I got nervous and send in additional supporting documents too, which I believe were received on 05/04/13. So it looks like maybe they issued my COA as soon as they got my second packet of documents. (Maybe thinking to themselves 'Let's not give her any more time to send us more crap to look through...')
Fingers crossed. Good luck to everyone still waiting, and in particular the Oct applicants.
