Tier 1(Gen) to ILR documentation issue

Post by manishbhatt1000 » Tue Apr 09, 2013 1:06 pm

Hi

I have appointment for for my ILR SET(O) in a few days.

I came in 2007 on workpermit and converted to Tier 1 in 2009. I was in India for 84 days(between July, Aug & sep) due to official work in 2009. I was paid Indian salary and part of the salary in UK pounds (July & August '09). I returned to UK in late September'09 and started working with New employer.

Now I cannot get a letter from my old employer , but I do have UK payslip for (July & Aug '09) which is Xerox copy without any employer signature on it . I also cannot provide payslip for Indian salary but can provide Bank statements from India and UK .
Will this documentation be enough? What other documents should I provide .
Thanks

You can tick the other checkbox in the form and provide all the proofs you have ..like salary slips, work contract and also a personal letter explaining everything.
