When to apply for SET (M)?????

hello there....
im currently on 2yrs spouse visa. the visa is valid from 22/09/2011 till 22/09/2013. my question is from when can i apply for SET (M)?. Im planning to apply in person.

You can apply for SET(M) from FLR(M) 28 days before your two year period ends. I assume this is your only FLR(M) therefore, Monday 26/08/13 would be the first date you could get a PEO appointment.

as im gong to apply in person. from when can i book an appointment if i book it online at the ukba website?

You can apply from the 2nd anniversary of the date you first entered the UK on your spouse visa. PEO slots are released 42 days in advance.
Previously you posted that you had ILR in Feb 2011...which is correct?

no tht was my wife who got ilr in feb 2010...my sopuse visa started from sep 2011.......so is tht i can look for peo appointment dates 42days before i apply for set(m)??
