Wage slips on Letter head

Hi,
My company issues playslips on normal paper and they look like online slips. I spoken to my employer about giving me on letter headed paper.He replied me that, no one gives like that in UK and also said he dont have any stamp and he can only sign the wage slips. He asked me the HSMP document that shows the requirement of letter headed payslip.

When I looked into the guidance it says, original payslips and nothing mentioned about letter headed paper, i remember some one in this forum told that letter headed payslips are fine if stamp is not avilable. How can i confirm the same to my employer, can anybody give me the email/telephone number of HSMP team so that my employer can verify? My employer told me that he is happy to write/phone to get more informationregarding this letter headed payslips and if its mandatory he can do that ,but he need confirmation from HSMP team.
