Very Urgent query for FAX

I applied with recent 7 months pay slips in Dec'06 and i also showed 6 months earnings before i completed Post-graduation(18 months).

The problem is, my case is with case worker for 4 months and currently it is in the final stage.

I dont know,if they put my case on-hold,just cos of 7 months earnings instead of 12months and im wondering if they are expecting any proof from me,that im still working.
Now for recent earnings,it would be 11 months complete by today.

Im thinking about sending a FAX to HO saying that im still working with the company going into the 12 month.

Please suggest if this would be the right step,especially case being in the final stage?

Please help me guys,writing the content of the FAX.
I Will be very thankful to any feedback.
