Retention of Rights - Successful and How Long?

Has anyone actually applied for residence via Retention of Rights? If so, were you successful and how long did it take you? :roll:

Applied : 5 Oct 2012
COA : 10 Oct 2012
Passport Requested Back : 22 Apr 2013

.... local MP involved and complaints sent!

Ror application submitted on the 27th of march
Coa received 17th april,dated 11th april with right to work.
awaiting rc.
