Bank Statement issue

The employer name deposting my Salary in Bank Statement is different from that in the Payslip. The reason is that the company (as in Bank Statement) was bought over by my current company (as in Payslip). What should I do? Will a letter from the HR explaining this should be good enough?

I was just approved and I had my employer write a letter saying the name that showed up in my bank statement.

Did you have a similar situation where your employer name in the bank statement was different from that in the Payslip? Did you provide any other proof other than letter from employer?

Yes, my bank statement said a name that was completely different than my company's name. I had no other proof other than the letter.
