questions for form AN (referee and reference number)

hello friends

i am going to apply for naturalization using form AN based on my stay in UK for last 6 years ( 5 years Tier1 + 1 year ILR).

While filling the form, I have two queries:
1) HO ref number
I got ILR at Croydon PEO, the reference numbers are blank in the letter they gave me at the end along with my passport, I got BRP card afer a week.
So where can I find the reference number?

2) I got a Royal Mail manager as professional referee, though he has mentioned "Royal Mail Manager" as his profession but mentioned me as his "Friend". So do you think it would create some problem?
