About visiting Germany

I am an Indian citizen and have married to a German citizen girl .
we marry in Italy because I have 1 year ( 365 days ) visa
we have married and now we have marriage certificate
I have indian passport and now my visa is expired .


my wife has work and house in germany
Now i want to go to Germany but without visa it is possible ..
or how can i get visa for Germany as i have no visa of italy and i have not any italian document ..
i am still in italy ...


please help me
