Unable to Retrieve Application Form

Hi, My girlfriend is in Halifax Nova Scotia and has applied for a visa to come to the UK. She did the application online and received an e-mail confirming the payment with a GWF reference number. On the e-mail was a link to follow to retrieve the completed application, I assume for printing before going to the mobile biometric clinic. We follow the link to the UKBA site and try to log in using the 'Existing Applicants Login' link, but the information we enter is not accepted. We are certain that the username and password are correct, but it will not allow us to log in and retrieve the application form. this is becoming very frustrating as we are not sure if it is the wrong GWF reference number and we should be using another one or not. Can anyone please help us to retrieve the online application form? Thanks, Ross

The passwords etc. are generally case-sensitive, so be wary of uppercase letters. If you still can't retrieve the form call the High Commission or the Visa Application Centre and explain the situation. It could be a system error. They need a printed version of the form with the passport etc. so see what they can do about it. Good luck.

You should try it later by typing carefully the passport. Otherwise you should report it to them.
