Teir 1 dependent visa

hi friends i have doubt i am holding teir 1 visa i want to apply dependent visa for my wife i have doubt regarding payslips i have a LTD COMPANY and i work for software company i get my salary to my business account from there i will get to my personal account which statement should i produce for my wife visa and which address should i put, should i put company address where i work or the address to which my company is registered
